Opioids Hit A Nerve I Think…

So I think I knicked a nerve when IV hydromorphone. I heard a pop, blood registers but soon as I finish my whole arm turns red hot, hand swells, itching like crazy and super hot. Whelps appear on my whole arm. Did I hit a nerve? Oh and I didn’t feel the high so that sucks lol
