My first post. I just had a hip replacement, I have been on Dilaudid 20mg 6x a day. I read everyone talking about how strong it is and all. My wife is scared of me being on them, says its heroine? I do not get any euphoria or good feeling on it, does not even eliminate my pain? cant imagine snorting it haha. any comments and is it hard to get off of. I do not feel addicted at all. mostly wish I could find a pill that just took the pain away?

I dont know where you live, but I'm fairly certain that there is no 20mg Dilaudid. Maybe you are talking about a different brand/form of hydromorphone?
Hydromorphone really isnt that great of a pain killer, IMO. There are much more effective, much less expensive options. Check the label of your script and please clarify specifically what it is, and you will get good advice.
If you are talking about taking multiple 4 or 8mg pill dosages at once, there is something weird going on. No doctor would prescribe that.
Your best bet on BL is to be totally honest, you have nothing to lose except your health/life.

^ I pretty much agree. Hydromorphone only exists in 20mg/100ml ampoules for IV use only and very unlikely to be available for outpatient use. 120 mg of IV hydromorphone is even more unlikely.

In the wild case that what your saying is correct, it is like heroin as it's an opioid, it is addictive, and it will cause withdrawals.
