I take about 150 - 180 mg of oxy 4 times a day. I have built a high tolerance over 3 years due to deteriorated discs in my cervical spine as I do not have a single functional disc and several pinched or agitated nerves. I also upped my dosage to try to relieve nerve pain as oxy does not help that. I ran out of oxy and began withdraw. I took 8 mg suboxone to ease withdraw. I understand how it works and what the half life is. I cannot find a knowledge source that describes the ratio of suboxone to the number of receptors I have built. I am basically just wondering how long do I need to wait before I can get some pain relief in my case. I have also not read a case including my high dosages. Any intelligent input is greatly appreciated. As added input, I swallow either 15 or 30 mg pills. A14 or A15's. I have never taken ox in any other method as I don't see the point. I do not feel a high or buzz az I may have at one point.

i do about 400mg of oxy twice a day and it takes me at least for the first 3 days about 24mg of bupe a day to just make it not so bad then i drop down to about 12mg of bupe a day

I only took bupe once I want to get back to the ox is my goal. I just want to know how long I need to wait

after bupe i like to wait as long as possible but usually only wait 24 to 48 hours but like 10 days is best for me then my oxy gives me a little nod at the same dose so i usually go lower except once for the nod once a month cause it's just so damn relaxing it's irresistible

I use a small amounts of pure bupe' with my oxy' -
hcl dose...99% of people (even Dr's) dont understand, but it stabilizes my doses of oxy' in between, by greatly eliminating the dreaded rebound effect... Scriptley's "believe it or not"
