Hey all, I haven't posted here in a while. As being diagnosed with ADHD when I was born I have access to prescription medicines (i.e. stimulants, anti anxiety) others do not. I was recently prescribed with Ritalin and tonight I just took 60 mg of Ritalin from my bottle in the form of 6 pills, later crushed up and railed, without thinking due to the fact that I was very high and thought it would be a kind of speedball. I am on a trial run of Ritalin for a month (30 10mg pills) on doctors orders and I assume my parents are keeping a close look on my pill count. I am prescribed with a blood pressure medication called guanafacine and it is almost the same shape as the Ritalin pills, I found that with a little water and rubbing you could make them the same size.I used this new found information to my advantage, by doing so and carving primitive pharmaceutical company insignia and code made them look very close to what the Ritalin pills looked like, so naturally I did this process for 10 times for the 10 spaces I opened earlier today. I did so by;

Snorted 3 10mg pills when I got home as I had an excessive load of homework to do, I then did another 10 mg line about 20 mins later in an attempt to make the effects stronger, as they had not fully kicked in. In the ten minutes after the train it all kicked in quite fast and I was unable to focus.

The rush had faded away as I was studying. Still felt automated, fast. Felt somewhat off the rest of night. Ended up completing homework. Parents get home soon.

Smoked about 3 bowls after parents fell asleep. Somewhat high, made food. Took 6 10 mg pills of Ritalin and prepared them into a fine powder.
Smoked 3 ish more bowls.

Did 3 fat 20mg rails of Ritalin, achieved somewhat speedball effect. Considered doing 50mg of Hydrocodone, but decided against it due to the fact it would require sneaking into parents room while they are asleep.

I put about one ground up pill in Ritalin bottle so it gives the effect that my fabricated pills are normal ones with markings rubbed off over time and collected at the bottom of the bottle. I have another 20 ish days left until the appointment to be represcribed for Adderall. The stand-in Ritalin pills add up to 18 2 in accounted for. My question is: Is this an effective strategy to hide abuse? What other ways are there?

I would also like to ask how I could be prescribed an anti anxiety medicine while using anxiety from stimulants as an excuse? My doctor did tell me that anxiety might be caused by stimulants and that is where I believe the key lies. Anyway give me your opinion on both questions, any input is much appreciated.

P.S. My dream is Adderall and a good benzo like Xanax, Klonopin, Valium or Ativan.

How did you achieve a 'speedball' effect when there weren't any opiates in the mix? =D
A speedball is common slang for heroin+cocaine shot in the same syringe. But it's often used more loosely as well to describe just a stimulant+opiate combo. It is, however, never used to describe a stimulant high by itself. Just so you know. ;)

Or did I misread and were you on an opiate after all..?

Well I would say that unless you have mad skills that the etching of pills is not a good idea. An observant doctor/nurse would wise up when they do the count and that level of deception would be way worse to get caught at because you went out of your way to lie. And if they are really good you may accidentally mix them with the real deal when you get your refill and screw your self out of an adequate dose. Short of changing your appointment date or buying legit ones to replace them (and you'd be lucky to get the same legit brand/generic in the quantity you need) there isn't much you can do. I'd suggest setting aside a weeks worth of your script to use the week leading up to your appointment. Let someone you trust that doesn't use/sell be the one to hold them for you if there's any chance you might be tempted to tap into them.
 
Instead of doing them now just fake taking them (like everyone used to do back in the day when i was in school) and save up a nice weeks worth or so that, as far as anyone else knows, were already taken, then you wont have to be pulling ghetto techniques to make other pills look like ritalin. Also you would probably be better off rubbing all marking off them and not putting new ones on yourself because its better to have a faded old looking worn out pill than one with some ghetto etchings in it. Also my friend is on adderall and gets xanax for the amphetamine related anxiety and also because he said he couldnt fall asleep well at night and would end up barely sleeping at all which made his anxiety worse so they gave him 1 xanax for each adderall he gets per day to take the edge off. (Shit he also get ambien to help sleep too, however he has a very nice dr and also is older and not a kid who is still in school) it sounds like you may get a benzo for anxiety but ide guess they will try you on a few dofferent meds for the anxiety before resorting to a benzo due to your age and the fact that dr's (atleast most of them around here) really dont like scripting benzos too often due to the fact that the withdrawl can kill you, and you sounding like you are pretty young still might have to go through a few meds and say they arent helping the anxiety before the dr even thinks about giving you a benzo. But hey, good luck but be careful because as i said, benzo withdrawl can kill you, its also the worst fucking withdrawl ever and ide rather go through heroin withdrawl 50 more times before i go through benzo withdrawl even once more.

Yeah that is what I ended up doing lol, my appointment is in a couple days to get my adderall script to "try out" my plan is to tell them it works better than Ritalin so that I can just keep the script then I will express that I still have anxiety at a later appointment. They believe that my blood pressure medication will help the anxiety, any ideas to get around this so my doctor leans more towards a benzo?

So I've gone to other forums before at the other end of the spectrum where it's predominated by medical staff/pharmacists and saying they went down the sink is the equivalent of a dog eating homework. Few seem to believe such mishaps because no one accidentally dumps a bottle of cholesterol meds or cardiac meds down the sink. If it got you through then good for you but I'd be wary next appt because it certainly raises some red flags. From all I've heard there are few excuses accepted regarding mishaps with narcotics.

Stop abusing your ADD/ADHD medication as it's going to mess up your blood pressure, and may possibly cause your blood pressure medication to stop working. Just take a the medication orally the way you are prescribed it as snorting it even if it's a fine powder does not remove all the binders which are not good to rail.

You might think you're hiding your drug abuse but your parents either already know you are abusing drugs or will catch on eventually. Stay safe.

Do not get started on benzos, they're extremely addictive and if you think that you're going crazy with the Methylphenidate and when you can get Adderall/Dexedrine now, all I'll say is that be thankful that they're not physically addictive like benzos are.

Are you sure you have ADD/ADHD? I know people who have it and they do not get a high from the medications they take even if they are stimulants, and they will actually fall asleep on them or can sleep if they want to.

[MENTION=68855]Priest[/MENTION]theycalledhim First I have had past experience with benzos, never been addicted though, Next it worked out, I have stopped trying to hide it and I just pocket them for later when I am given them if I need, Last I am pretty sure I have ADHD, even if I don't it is worth the edge on tests to continue refilling and using this script

no real good can come from my use of pills and shit, im gonna stick to weed, tobacco, shrooms, acid and maybe vodka for the summer
