why do we
play
these games
always
hide and seek
i am it
and you are forever hiding
peeking out
from your little
hiding place
just long enough to make
me sure
you are indeed playing
it is so transparent
and infinite...
i see thru you
but you don't see me at all...
im nothing
im air
im a part of your day you
take for granted..
like the sky
always present
and never ending
until sundown
when i become dark
and you move along
to the moon...
waking to me again..
unsure of this whole thing
trying to be sincere..
but maintain my
integrity?
what the hell am i talkin about?
i think
this must be what it feels like to go crazy
flouresent lights and
counting songs
this boredom is allowing
the noise in my head
to grow
louder.
