Hi, not quite sure what I am looking for here. Been told I have an 'unhealthy' relationship with diazepam....... suppose I am looking for discussion.....

Yes, first of all welcome to BL.
I have used diazepam for many years and changed to Bromazepam as Diazepam stays a long time on your blood stream and it´s very hard to quit or turn to other benzos in a decent equivalency.
What´s your dosage?

Erikmen, I don't use regularly. Unfortunately I have OD on it twice I nthe past so I don't get any ore on prescription but they really help me when really anxious. My doc says I have an unhealthy relationship with them because I have 'obtained' them from elsewhere......in his refusal to prescribe. I get really worked up if I do not have them but TBH, what I am taking ATM.....I don't even know if they are actually diazepam.......they look like diazepam! If my doc was to prescribe me one or two a month I would be happy but he refuses.

The effects should last for over 12 hours, and your body is normally more relaxed than other benzos. What color are they?

They are blue and in every way look like 10mg Diazepam. They came in a Diazepam box, blister pack. It is just that one time, a half will just mellow me out a bit, get rid of that knot in my stomach and I am able to go about my daily activities. Another time I need to take another one as it has no effect but yet another time I have to sleep the afternoon away! Doc says it sounds like they have been unprofessionally made and that maybe one time I am getting a higher or lower dose than another but that they should be consistent......I reckon that my base mood will have a lot to do with how much they affect me, whether I have had a drink the night before, how soon it is since I have had my other prescription meds. I just wish he would prescribe me them, a half to two tablets a month hardly indicates addiction! He says I will save them up to OD.....I would have to be saving them for a while!

just a friendly reminder that we can't ID pills on Bluelight :)
