Im Female and as the saying that goes "Over the hills and twice as dusty" best decribes my age.i believe in good old american values as dont judge people at all we r human we all make mistakes the higher being above is the only judge and you will be judged by him not me. and the most important one of all dont burn bridges with the people who love u the most especially your family, you r my family i dont throw you out or disown you i seek out help. I have One addiction for 45yrs and another for 35 yrs . Quit one at a time. i am here to explore and go where ive never gone before.

Congrats on quitting one at a time. This is the way I have gone and usually recommended, at least from personal experience; albeit, not for everyone.
I do agree with you - there are no mistakes. I feel there are only learning experiences. It might not seem like it at the time, but looking back -- I do now understand. Please don't hesitate to ask me any questions about the site. Great to have you aboard!
