HI there..

I'm jai, and i beleive i have had to much lorazepam. i tokk 2.5 mg 24 hrs ago and grudually had a little more as time went on, resulting to 10 mg all up. i also had some nitrazepam 10 m g at some point. i was fine all day, but woke up groggy this morning. feeling propper shit from it. any ideas?
