Goa/Psytrance 2.0 beta? PsyCore?
Never heard of this before as well. It's nice stuff, first thought I didn't like it too much like with Goa as well but somehow I keep listening to the Hydrokarma mix and somehow it's nice.
 
I'm not too familiar with the psytrance world, but it's clearly from that same planet. The kick drums, visuals & track titles are indicators.

MydriHaze might know a thing or two about it, they posted some psy recently (Goa Gil - Kali Yuga album) which i thought was alright.
