Hey everyone! Long time drug nerd, first time blue light member :p

I decided to finally join after starting to look into RC and nootropics, and hopefully offer some harm reduction advice eventually :)

I work as a patient care tech in a hospital and have a degree as a medical assistant. Pharm was def my fav class! Pharmacokinetics and pharmacology as a whole are so interesting to me and I find myself learning about how drugs work in my spare time :p

I’m prescribed vyvanse, Adderall, Wellbutrin, Lamictal, and cymbalta, and have dabbled with opiates (specifically hydrocodone), gabapentin, and lyrica and am a big fan of marijuana :p

Sorry, couldn't resist... fuckin' drug culture or the lack thereof. :sneaky:
Welcome to bluelight.
Looking for a thread titled "pharma-telekenetics"; I can only imaging it would entail the mind-moving of pills instead of the reverse, for a change. Not sure where this is going just a movie playing out in me brain.
For some reason I always wonder if people have pets so have to ask: Is there any pets about? lol
Be easy and thanks for signin' up... always room for more. ;)
Peace,
Ptah

Hey @sleepygurl what's poppin.

Vyvanse adderall and wellies - oh my! The stimulation dream team. All you are missing is some dexedrine and Desoxyn ;)

I used to be on wellbutrin, and currently am on lamictal like you. I love then both. Both did excellent for my bipolar depression in particular.

Good to have you!

See you around :)

howdy @sleepygurl !

patient care tech? that sounds cool. I bet it's fun to talk with people that are high out of their minds while they are on pain meds. lol

Oh Hey Sleey!

How you gon’ be sleepy with those stimulates?! 😂
Welcomee, I’m new here as well! I love the intricacies of the way in which drugs affect users; specifically the way it drastically differs for some.

Little Tid-Bit: I recently watch a documentary on the neuroscience of addiction and found it super crazy that addicts actually feel drugs in a different manner to their non addicted counterparts. It makes absolute sense! I take an opiate and feel euphoria and sunshine, while some feel only nausea, anxiety and the inability to regulate their temperature. How awful 🤢

Anywayyyyy welcome! 🤙🏼🙂
