Hi, I'm Rich, not new to Bluelight, but it's been years so I think it fits to introduce myself.

I hope this is doesn't cross guidelines, but I'm very curious if anything exists, like a group (telegram, signal, wherever) that is local only. My thinking is finding whatever think you want easily, organized and safe via technology.

Has anyone head of such a thing?

Yeah I've heard of such things. Amazon is great for getting things you need, quickly too. A lot of grocery stores do delivery now, which is great. There are even tobacco and booze delivery apps these days that will deliver things. No need to even use telegram or signal
