Hello.
I am a new body builder
I am 6'3 and i weigh around 131-135. lbs.
yea, im pretty skinny, I try eating alot. I eat around 2-3 eggs in the morning, then like a bagel with cream cheese an hour later. Then i eat like a hamburger for lunch, then i snack on some nuts 2 hours later(no homo). Then I go to the gym, work out for 1-2 hours. I get home, drink whey protein mixed with oatmeal and bananas and peanut butta. Then i eat a meal on top of that, usually a big one. Then I eat a meal right before sleep. Yea, its gonna be hard fitting more meals into my day.
I've been working out for 2 months now, I am turning 18 years old soon. I get a 6 pack easily, just hard to put on mass. But I am willing to try. I wanna be that smart and buff guy in school. I am pretty good when it comes to class, take all advance college classes in shit in highschool.
But am I considering is it worth it lifting, and being natty? I see many people claiming that some physiques are not natty, people with bodies that I hope to achieve. I dont want to lift for like 6 years, commit my meals everyday if I am just gonna look like the hodge twins. I mean they look good and yea, but I wanna strive to looking good someone as Chris lavado, or zac aynsley - link here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUk5DYBlGSY . Even david laid looks pretty good, but he probably edits his photos cause they look pretty unreal.
given my genetics, should i just come to a realization that i wont ever be like them without taking gear, just for the purpose of not being dissapointed in my self after 6 years, or do you guys think I should just go on, and work hard no matter what, and if given enough effort, nutrition and discipline, I will come somewhat close to looking like them, shredded and muscular. When i start something, I usually give it my 100% commitment, hoping to be the best. I wanna keep it real, and not resort to steroids, as they can be risky, costly, and just in general i dont wanna stick a needle up my ass.
Thanks for reading this, i dont mean to sound like a hard cunt, I just want to learn as much information as possible in a topic that I dont know much about.
