Hi! I'm new here but not to BL.At rock bottom

Hi there. I've read bluelight threads for years. But I finally joined. Happen to be at rock bottom I think. Coarse I've thought that before but not like this. Just Lost fiancé and best friend to overdose. I'm on 340mg Methadone and 6mg xanax plus 6mg of klonopin for chronic pain and anxiety. Need help. No one has answers. No clue navigating BL but I'll figure it out I guess.Thanks

well ur not dead, so u can always get to an even lower rock bottom. My rock bottom was never enough to get me to quit (all my friends dead or addicted, years in prison, homeless, etc..). I had to start loving myself & to get involved w/ what I believe to be a greater good to get off methadone/opiates/benzos.
