Hi I'm new anyone know about Baclofen

Ok first off I've been browsing around here for awhile and I am a mad opiate addict. Just Oxy(30-200mg a day) and Codeine(aound 1G a day). And I'm nodding right now so I know this post will not have good grammmer/spelling.

I discoverd this little guy baclofen and want to here anyones thoughts on it. I first tried it at 20-30 mg I forget then I followed up with 10mg and snorted 10mg. It intensified my opiates to such a degree I thught I was ODing. The next day I did 10mg in the morning and snorted 5mg at night and thought I was Oding again off like not much opiate compared to what Im used too.

Now is this a safe drug for me to abuse is my main concern. It also gave me intense body euphoria and empathy elevated mood and helped me have no anxiety. Ive heard its like GHB(which Ive never tried) in some people and others hate it with a passion from my research. I think for an opiate dependent person like myself it falls into the GHb catagory.

I have no experiencewith muscle relaxers or benzos and pretty much only know about opiates.

Is this drug a safe potentiator? And is it a safe drug for snorting because to me 5mg snorted felt a lot more intense than 20-30 mg eaten. Any info about this drug baclofen would be great thanks guys no hating please I'll just ignore you and I know snorting it is probably not the best idea but it works for sure no placebo for people that are gonna say that. thanks cya.

Anyway I tried 10mg 2 hours b4 I got done work and felt mad strong highs from my oxy dose of about 20 mg give or take 5mg. I feel my heart racing and very strange effects but they aren't bad and it makes my buzz tend to be a lot more nodding off type of high then a race around clean the house high. I also take arthrotec(daclofenac or something like that) a strong anti inflammatory almost everyday. Im new to benzos and muscle relaxers and they are pretty strong to me and Im not a small person like 6'3" and 185lbs so I usually take more of a drug than I should because I think ohh this dose is for a smaller person I can bump it up 125% but not with benzos lol.

Baclofen experts please reply.
 
This was the first muscle relaxant prescribed to me by my doctor and he had no concerns with prescribing me as much as i could take or want . Apparently its extremely safe according to my GP . and the decent thing about it is it does not build a tolerance like a benzo based narcotic . which is another reason why i was first prescribed it in pain management instead of something like valium .

It does intensify and synergise with opiates to a significant degree and i know what you mean about the od feeling . sometimes it would and sometimes it wouldnt .

Another bonus i found was even with a benzo tolerance it still works .

IMO its a great medication with more uses than just as a muscle relaxant

Ok day 4 I think of use as a potentiator...

I am having some severe nerve pains in my sciatic nerve area. It is along my right leg and I do have some somewhat serious back injuries which usually effect my left leg nerves. I'm not sure this has to do with baclofen I actually think it doesn't but just want to make sure nobody has had this reaction to baclofen... Ok and the intense od feelings are kinda getting milder and more enjoyable I guess but I still like this new drug for some reason anyone with any experience I would love to hear your stories.

edit: also I feel like between 8pm and 8am my blood circulation goes to a crawl and my hands/feet get numb tingly sensations very easy and fall asleeep very easy. anyone else experience this.

Hey, I'm new here, just was browsing the thread on baclofen. I'm 20 been in pain management since I was 13. I've been getting steroidal injections, nerve freeze injections, cortisone as well. Now I'm taking roxys 30 mg 3x day and baclofen 20mg 3x I just started baclofen. Ive been on SOMA valium, flexaril, zanaflex, motrin 800, anything u can really think of, but SOMA worked the best with the pain pills, this baclofen crap is garbage, ill take 80mgs and nothing damn. New doctor says SOMA is highly addictive so he doesn't prescribe it, even tho I've been on it for years.. I tell him if he's so worried about addictive qualities, why is he giving me roxy's.... BS but anyways other than SOMA what do u guys recommend I ask for a substitute?
 
Soma is HIGHLY addictive? Not according to the Controlled Substances Act. Not according to Socio's personal Perceived Addictiveness of Different Drugs He's Tried Scale.
If you've gotten flexeril/zanaflex in the past, and doc's less-prejudiced against those, they do pretty much the same, right?
I guess that's off the Original Topic, but...
Sorry, wish I had more knowledge or some experience with Baclofen to contribute, besides that I read some people do find it a useful drug for pain.
 
I have never tried baclofen before, but recently got a few 10mgs for free. I just took one perk 5, some tylenol and ibprofen, 10mg of valiume and a 10mg baclofen. I generally take only 5mg at a time, 3-4 times a day as I am trying to lower my tolerance right now. If anything interested happens with this mix I will make a post on it in a couple of hours.
