As this is my first post i didnt wanna bother other stuff.

Im just gonna tell a little story about how i am coming off "Benzos".. as i am not yet done.

It started out ofcourse as many of you know (or don't) anxiety. I started with Etizolam, legal from the UK market, before the law changed.

I had to get off this stuff so long story short i had to taper... i could take 10mg Etiz at once just to feel normal (=100mg valium/diaz).
I met this great doctor who had heard of Ashton Man..

i also had a huge problem with etizolam when it first hit the markets
i took upwards of 30mgs a day and unlike you did not find a good dr in time, tried to come off cold turkey and had a seizure
if only i knew about BL back then, i would have known it was way too dangerous to quit without tapering, that's one of the reasons i'm so thankful for this site, so that hopefully it helps someone avoid the ordeal i went thought because of ignorance.

have yoy tapered off benzos yet? or still working on it? hello and welcome regardless
