Hi, I'm a newbie

Hi all---

Thank you everyone for the helpful info that I have already gleaned from these boards as it has been a true life saver in the past months or so.

I am a chronic pain sufferer,with many herniated discs in my back, plus chronic and severe migraine. I struggle every day with taking my meeds properly.

I live at the beach, married for 8 years with one beautiful 4 year old daughter.

I am finally going to start posting instead of standing in the shadows!

I am also a pain sufferer but I am trying to get off of my norco/soma routine. Very difficult to do I must say.

I am so jealous you live on the beach....the beach unites me with god/the universe/oneness whatever you wanna call it.

Welcome aboard...I too suffer from migraines. i just want it dark,.cold,and quiet. I would recommend using the search engine to find threads that will help you. also check out other drugs and also The Dark Side. I believe you will find some useful info there. be sure to read the posting guidelines for every forum before you post. Also read the BLUA and the Greenlighters guide,which will pop up in the green box every time you log in. it will teach you so much about how the site works and help you become a part of our community-which is amazing. there is so much love and support here. i hope you find everything you need. if not,just PM a Mod. we are here to help.
