Not new here but cannot remember my pass or email to my other profile havent done many posts i am currently in a mmt program taking 120mg a day. I have used needles before but maybe 10 times total if that from age 21-26 im currently 27 recently had a orbital (eye socket fracture) was given a shot of hydromorphone intramuscular. Still having bad headaches and recently have been having urges to bang some 30s because both my sister and father get them ive done it 4 times this week and felt a rush been doing 45-60mgs how is it possible for it to work on top of 120mg of methadone and why am i having these cravings? Should i maybe go up to 130? I doubt the extra 10 is going to stop the cravings and im at a loss....anyone willing to answer or even just talk will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi, Welcome to Bluelight ! Congrats on being on mmt. Cravings would happen to me when I initiated a shorter acting substance on top of a maintenance one via my choice or when in the hospital. When I used subs for a while and methadone for example. I can't say for sure but wanted to reply to you. How are you now? How is your headache?
