agreed; I am an avid anti-nicotine person.

Nicotine in itself is harmful to the body's ability to produce testosterone/estrogen (it's an effect that harms the hormonal output of both men and women).

People think e-cigs are completely safe; but nicotine has some bad properties to it, which make it undesirable.

Not to mention it's the most addictive, least rewarding drug, hands down, ever.

He's talking about synthetic cannabinoid liquid, made for e-cigs, as sold by 'research chemical' vendors. It's some untested junk new/unknown synthetic cannabinoid dissolved/suspended in propylene glycol/glycerin, made for e-cigs but with synthetic cannabinoids instead of nicotine. It's not hash oil, nothing like. It needs to be thrown in the bin really, but if you must use it then it was designed to be vaporised in an e-cig, it'll be even more harmful if you try smoking it, you can't really smoke it in a joint.
