Hi guys

Im 23 years old and have been diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder two years ago. my goal is to learn the best way to utilize Xanax xr.

Welcome jonny. I'm so sorry that you've been diagnosed with PTSD. I do see that you've already discovered Basic Drug Discussion. You might also want to take a look at The Dark Side. You'll be able to get some suggestions from really knowledgeable and compassionate people on how you can handle your PTSD through other means. Please do check it out, TDS has changed my life for the better. :)

^ It has changed my life as well, Spork. TDS is one of the most caring and supportive forums with no judgment. I love to go there and get advice and really get the support from the people in that forum. Hope to see you there Jonny. <3 :)
