Thanks for all the replies
I know what you mean balcony, in every way!
I did only take it for pain to start but now I know I'm totally addicted to the stuff and I agree totally with your comments about watching the clock etc.
How I take it is 3 doses of - 1x120mg & 1x80mg = 200mg x 3 per day. These are sustained release obviously as the biggest single dose of oxycodone you can get for immediate release is 20mg
I put the 2 tablets in my mouth and chew them up before swallowing with water.
To answer MoreFeens4Morphine question, I was probably on 800mg of what I'm taking now plus, I would say roughly antwhere between 15-20 20mg immediate release oxycodone. Yes!!! One he'll of an amount - this was before my doctor was flagged up by one of the other doctors there to ask her if she new how much I was taking wasn't right! That's when she dropped the dose down but, I must admit, it's a struggle trying to stick to 600mg per day after being used to taking so much more than that!
I know Oxycodone is now big for celebs that want a quick high but I would say to anyone thinking of taking this just for a buzz, don't do it! Once your hooked its a nightmare, the withdrawals are something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I have had withdrawals when I have taken an extra dose here and there and said to myself "it's ok. Ill take one less dose tomorrow" it never works that way, and once the withdrawals kick in, it's difficult to explain but I will try........
My vision goes blurry, it's like I'm not in my own body, every square inch of my body aches, hot / cold sweats, restless legs, hurts to piss!, everything smells horrible, just an overall horrible experience that I hate and constantly look at the clock till you can pick up your next prescription from the pharmacy.
It's true what they say with opiates that you have to take more and more to get the same amount of pain relief (or buzz if that's the reason you take it),
Again thanks for the welcome & replies. I will try to help anyone who is suffering taking this with what experiences I have been through.
I have had withdrawals now around 3 times where I have taken extra and run out and every time I tell myself I won't do it again.
I have a weekly prescription now, as soon as I get it, I give them to my partner who gives me two doses, the third I have to wait till she gets in from work at 6

.m to have my third dose, otherwise I will have had all three by 4 or 5p.m.
Just want to say to people that are thinking of trying this just for a high, don't, it isn't worth it.
I have spoken to my doctor about methadone but all she says is, we will get your back sorted then gradually reduce the amount over time till I am off it all together.
