Found this forum after some googling for info on a prescription Rx. Really surprized such a forum exists. I really need the help of some prescription Rx's to deal with lifelong depression and anxiety, which can really squelch any creativity I have. I live in a city where they have really declared war on drugs on all levels and it is really difficult to get what you honestly need. I had been using lorazopam with great responsibility for anxiety only taking it when I really needed it. Now I have moved to this new city on the Oregon coast and all the doctors are in collusion in pretty much "zero tolerance" for prescription drugs. It really is like "throwing the baby out with the bathwater" if you have ever heard that expression. So, I finally requested an Rx for clonazepam since a prior MD prescribed it to me in place of lorazopam. But after further inquiring on the internet it also is considered a narcotic. But - oh well - at least I got something. I was told I could never get anything above .05mg and that it would never be prescribed with a refill, that I have to have it called in everytime I want a refill. So - well - okay then - whatever I have to do. But I am really surprized at this community response. I moved here about six months ago from about 100 miles further down the coast and I had no trouble getting what I needed, except from one doctor. I guess I am not aware of the drug problem. Anyway, that is how I found this forum when I was checking up on the pharmacology of clonazelpam. I haven't taken it yet. Won't have the money until next week. I sure do need it.
