Hi to everybody in here, not very good with forums and don't know my way around so I'm fumbling in the dark here ?
Live in the UK, suffered anxiety and depression for many years and so from time to time had a 'blowout' on eccies and coke every now and again.... Always regretted it for next few days unsurprisingly ??.
I'm here because I've been hitting the valium and xanax bars hard over maybe the last 9 months. Might not be as long as some but it's had a terrible effect on my mental health and the withdrawals are an absolute bitch... But you already knew that right ?.
Anyway just here for support and advice from folk who know more about these things than I ever will do so hopefully I'll see a few of you around. Cheers ??
