Hi! f seeking advice about R.D &dilauded 4mg

so ive taken hydros oxy/perc and morphine before. never really had any type of bad reaactions other than hydros for making me sick. didnt come into any abundance of anything until a kidney stone but i was fine. i quit smoking a few months ago but i sometimes find myself waking up gasping for air and sometimes noticing very shallow breaths. i got a prescription of 4mg dilauded but i am scared to use due to fear of furthering the breathing issue. its not very constant but its happened more than a few times but not often. i was wondering if anyone would think a 4mg would cause any harm to my breathing or if that is a pretty low dosage or not? i have used recreationally but nothing moderate only here and there.

Assuming you ROA is oral and you're using them as recommended(prescribed for "breakthrough pain"??), it should be fine.
If in doubt, dont take before bed. If still in doubt, consult your doctor.
They are pretty short acting.....
