And remember, moderation! I believe I have the beginnings of an addiction after minor use. I would recommend reading addiction stories for insight. It sneaks up on you, and it can happen fast.

hi there, sorry to hear that about your addiction problems, i must admit that i think i got some addictions to...i'm kinda a addictiv person (food,shopping,sex,cigarettes and chemicals) but I also have a bit of a sort of stop in me. When things have become completely uncontrollable, unmanageable and dangerous, then I put a stop to it and stops instantly (with whatever it is I'm doing and how hard it is,) I am extremely happy that I have this so-called stop in me and that I do not continue to the end of death, so to speak. I do not know where I had been in life unless I stopped taking some things at the right time and even sometimes I stopped too late .... when I have already lost so much, but not everything!but, but, better late than never!
sometimes I think that almost all people have some sort of a dependent! Some probably know not that they have this addiction or that they are about to have a very serious addiction in the future!
but I thank you 1000 times for your tips and that you seem to care about other people .....

I have a buddy with coke issues and he seems to not care when those around him do. I am stopping before I do get an addiction I dont have much but I still dont want to lose what I have!
