Hello people, over the yrs, needing answers to diff things I saw years ago this site was just one of quite a few that popped up when I was searching. Over time up till now Ive noticed that ur site has become alot more popular... so congratulations on ur success - u must be proud! I am from Christchurch New Zealand where since Sep last yr we were struck by a big earthquake- since then we've had supposedly more than 7k aftershocks tho Ive prob only felt 700 of them : ( it has been full on stressful at times. Very much so.. Apparentally a great deal more ppl have been seeking help as gambling domestic violence over eating alcohol & drug use has increased as everyone trys 2 deal with the way higher than usual anxiety levels in their own ways... It has been a intense year so far- hope it settles down. Unfortunately it wasnt the EQ's that caused my drug use.. hav been using all my adult life and wish I'd never started...! Its been over 25 yrs now but believe me I see a time when I am HIGH on a chemical free life!! Peace to you all, hope you enjoy ur weeknd and wk! <3

Welcome. There are a variety of people here with a variety of problems-and solutions. You may find some threads that will help you in The Dark Side. you will definitely find support and testimony from people who are clean and happy to be so-they just the support. Bluelight is more than just a Harm Reduction site,it is a community. There are so many amazing people here who are just waiting to help. Make sure you read ALL the links in the greenlighters box that pops up every time you log on. Those links are the key to how Bluelight works,the rules and regulations,ect. it seems like a lot to take in but it will make you a better member-I promise. The BLUA is most important so you need to be very familiar with it. if you have any questions feel free to PM me or any other Mod. we are here to help.
