I registered today but I'm a longtime reader of the Psychedelic Drugs forum.

I've been intrigued by consciousness-altering substances since I was a child so it seemed unavoidable that I introduced myself to pot while in highschool (here in the Netherlands that was as easy as cycling to the nearest city and buying it. From the Yellow Pages I had ripped the page with the addresses of 'coffeeshops' - incidentally the first ones I tried only sold actual coffee lol).

Getting mushrooms was equally easy, at least back in the nineties when they still sold them in so called smartshops.

That's more than twenty years ago now and I'm still grateful for all the experiences, although I'm in the process of breaking up with MaryJane- she always brings her fiendish friend Tobacco for nasty threesomes lol.

Recently I smoked some changa on a whim after a year long break from DMT. It was a little much and the trip knocked me off my feet with fear, but it also inspired me to try and become a bit more serious about my use of drugs: I have been fiddling with research chemicals (aMT, bk-2c-b, 5-MeO-DALT, Al-lad, 25i-NBOMe a.o.) for the last couple of years and slowly my use has become a little too hedonistic for my taste.

So that's where I am now. I'm heavily addicted to reading about substances, their historical and indigenous use, brain chemistry, extractions, occultism and drugs, etc. I come here for my fixes, might as well try to contribute once in a while.

Thank you for reading, happy Easter if you're into that (if not, just read 'happy'),

I can't begin to imagine what chronic DMT use would feel like... I guess the Real World would become Hyperspace, and vice versa 8(
But I was quite enthusiastic for a couple of years, after I did my first extractions. I think a lot of people experience this 'honeymoon' phase. Did me a lot of good though in battling a nagging depression.

Thanks for the welcome!

ah, gotcha ;)

yes, definitely helps with depression.

I'm glad I have only done DMT a few times, but I would do it again; but only to get to that top level experience again. I would be very timid about trying to get there again, because it's so life changing 8(
