I live in San Francisco with my boyfriend and work from home doing web-related things.

I've been using opiates since 94, addicted since 95 with a couple one year clean stretches scattered in. I started snorting, shot for two years and used up all my veins, and went back to snorting. In 2008 I got on methadone, but didn't stop using heroin til Sept 1 2012. I used once a few months later, but that's been it. I recently detoxed off methadone, recently as in my last dose was this past Saturday. I'm sick, and I'm craving like HELL. i'm about to make a thread more in detail about it in another forum, but I thought I should introduce myself first %)

Honestly I am sorry to hear of what your going through. I would suggest you making this thread in The Dark Side. They are very supportive in there. I am glad you have decided to become a member here in our community. Hope to see you around the board.

Thanks. Before I saw your reply I actually made my thread in "general drug discussion", but if you feel like it's better in the Dark Side and want to move it that's fine too.
