I am a fellow bluelight member and I have done 25b-nbome 25i-nbome lsd and 4ho-mipt. I do have medicine that I take that dulls the effects, but I still love tripping. It gives me insight on my life. My problem is whenever dosing with the nbome family what is the proper protocol when taking it? I get the paper hits so do I hold it in my mouth for 30 minutes without swallowing or what?

It's pretty easy. Just hold it under your tongue for as long as you want. Really doesnt need to be 30 minutes it'll prob be totally dissolved before 10. Some people just say swallow it after a few minutes, but keep in mind lsd gets destroyed in stomach acid, so when you swallow anything left on the hit is lost

Go the buccal route, just stick the blotter between your cheek and upper gums and try not to swallow any spit as 25x's are not orally active. The problem with just sticking em under your tongue is the bitter taste and amount of saliva that builds up making it uncomfortable and harder to keep from swallowing your spit. 20-30mins is a good amount of time to hold the blotter in your mouth, maybe even 15 if your blotters are complexed. Just stick em between your gums and forget about them or keep yourself busy, I find if I keep adjusting it or counting minutes the saliva builds rapidly.

You could cut the tab into 1/2 and shove 1 half into your nostril as far back into the sinus cavity as comfortable and let it sit there. Best thing is this method bypasses the mouth and thereby you do not have to taste anything. Also be mindful of the purported dose I find 1/2 a tab of NB usually enough as most are stupidly OD'd. An example 1200 ug 25c Nbome tab I 1/2 or even quarter. Stay safe.
