Hey everybody thanks for taking the time to read this , I'd like to start by letting you know about myself I'm 22 190lbs I have a gut but I'm prettybuilt have been going to the gym for 2 years so im not a rookie I'm trying to get my max gains before I start injecting anything, I have done research for months, I thought about doing steroids, then my close friend he's like a brother told me he could get all off this stuff including hgh, I did my research and I was wondering how blulight can help me with this, if your gonna acknowledge me please don't be a noob purtending to kno everything and leading me with false information, but all comments are aprreciated, I'd like to hear from people with real experience and true info thanks much love
 
Manipulate your diet, cardio and resistance training routines first.

Hgh requires A LOT of money and even more commitment.
 
GH is expensive and you'd get much better bang for your buck with other compounds. Maybe if you were 50+ would I suggest it but at 22 your likely to be putting out a lot of GH naturally.
 
HGH is best used in combination with other anabolics, it's primarily an anti-catabolic and will therefore only serve to get a more cut appearance. However mix it with anabolic steroids and you have a winner.
 
Ok I didn't think I was breaking any rules , but if you must kno I'm 22, 190 lbs, I have a gut but I don't kno my body fat%, I do heavy construction in the summer for about 7-9 months, and right now my scheduel is properly schedueld, 30-45 minutes of cardio, and I'm just focusing on my upper body , il through in some leg exercises here in there, again I'm not fat , I don't have fat legs, I've never done steroids or any other anabolic drugs, I occasionaly do smoke weed and do perks, I think I'm going to try my first cycle after this summer, because I don't want to be tired and unfocused with my career... If you like to kno anything else ask
 
Also what steroids should I be looking for, I have a very good frame , big arms , biiig deltoids, musclular fit, I'm trying to get more definition and size rather then getting huge like gorilla big
 
I'm going to guess you didn't read the rules because the only info we have is that you are 22 and 190lbs.

Tell us what your height is, you should be able to figure out aprox how much BF% you have. And lastly, you mentioned nothing about your diet. What's your daily caloric and protein intake like? 30 mins or cardio is not really a work out program, nor is doing construction. Yes, both are good for you, but you need to get your ass in the gym and focus on those muscles you want to work on. You are not getting the same work out that you are getting from manual labor.

You mentioned legs. If you do deadlifts, squats, etc., not only are your legs going to get bigger, but your body will release more HGH into your system, causing all your muscles to grow. Legs are essential and shouldn't be avoided. Looks like you might want to consider a test only cycle. But if your diet is crap and if your training is crap, so will your results.

Dum ass that's all I could give you , 5"10 my height, how much of a difference would one cycle on steroids make?
