I, myself, have never been to NA or AA so I cannot advise you. I could suggest, however, to go once n see what you. And maybe post back to us your experience of it.

If you are in recovery I suggest that you check out the recovery sections especially The Dark Side. You could ask this question there n see ehat responses you receive.

^ Sound advice indeed. Also be sure to have a look though Sober Living. Welcome to bluelight, and I hope you find some resources that will be helpful during your recovery. I can assure you, the section is staffed by one of the most caring groups of people you'll find, and that's rather high praise coming from me.
