So, I found this site because I have just started a bunch of medications that were causing me anxiety because I wasn't sure of the interactions or how they affect my health. I'm not 100% sure what this website is for, but I do know that every google search I've made has pointed me to answers here.

I was just diagnosed with ADHD and severe anxiety, so I'm still adjusting and finding what works to make the best of two things that don't work well together as far as medication is concerned.

I'm here to browse and hopefully get some insight into the meds I'm taking from people who have used them before.

I'm currently taking Wellbutrin, Vyvanse, and two forms of guanfacine at the same time at night, an immediate release and an extended release.

Any help or nudge in the right direction is appreciated.

I've been taking it maybe 3 months now? There's some weird side effects but I feel ok now. I was put on it for my anxiety mostly, and had to get to a point where it was working before adding a stimulant since those can increase anxiety.

What I think is stupid is that I was fine and healthy MOST of the time but I had bad panic attacks that would make all of my limbs curl in and become clenched so hard that I couldn't use them because I was hyperventilating so much. They weren't super often, a couple of times a month. But no one would prescribe me anxiety pills that I had been prescribed to take every night, but never did. So they'd rather put me on 4 medications and make me pretty much not functional just to avoid the possibility that i might enjoy my anxiety meds 2-3 times a month. ? Never mind the fact that I still have some from 2 years ago and keep them for emergencies.
