Same for me, night fellow insomniacs. I would say "sweet dreams" but its not applicable - "good night staring at the ceiling wondering why you can be a zombie from lack of sleep during the day but be so alert as soon as you try to sleep".

my dog after leaping on top of a log that was at least 5 foot off the ground, sometimes he looks so regal !

Do you know I'd love to but anonymity all all that, I've lost about 2.5 stone in the last 6 months so I'm lookin well buff if I do say so myself ;) which I'd have to cox know one else is stepping forward

I might do later but I don't have any recent ones as its always me behind the lens and I usually hate pics of myself anyhow I must be one of the least photogenic people on the planet !

May be one of me sporting my new/old 23 T-Shirt, TBH if someone really wanted to they could identify who I was through reading my posts, it wouldn't be that hard and I'm not sure I give a flying feker anyway=D.

I'll see if I can get one I like over the next day of so and post it up, but to be clear I don't want my inbox overloaded with offers of casual sex I'm a taken man=D

you look like you shave regularly btw. what's the deal with shaving? I have no idea how you guys get motivated to shave once a week, let alone everyday. I so could not be bothered with that malarky on a regular basis

Mr Manning had it shortish for a while so it seems ... coupla inches longer than yours ..

I'm up with the absolutely nothing else. I can't hear any birds this morning. I think they may be frozen solid.
