Yeah I dipped down to about 10 stone at one point. Bare in mind I'm 6 foot 3. Not good.

I'm back up to 11 and a half now but I'd say 12 - 13 is a healthier weight for my hight.

I was about 10 and half stone in the pic I posted, at my worst full on drinking like a feckin fish and doing feck all faze last year I topped 16 stone (I',m 5 11)

Back down to just over 14 now but aiming to get to 13 thats about right for me, I weigh up heavy when I get down to that maybe you'll get the pleasure of a recent a pic and not a 90's memory!

For the benefit of the two BLers lucky enough to have met me, here's the picture a mate of mine always says reminds him of me. Bear in mind that Mark Manning is about ten years older than me in this photo, so it ain't an exact likeness, but use your imagination... and the eyebrow thing's uncanny.
