Looking to have discussion and read and I can never stop educating myself on things soo here I am. I'm 25 female from Brooklyn NY heroin user since 17 only clean time was my jail time... Did te methadone program once and was forced to rapid detox. Was the worst two months of my life. I quickly went back to it once I hit the streets. Have had numerous failed heroin induced relationships. I'm hoping to hav quitting power soon

Hey! My drug of choice is opiates too. Kicked methadone in jail cold turkey so I feel you there. Took me about 30 days to feel somewhat human

I had a monster dope habit recently--25-30 bags a day in February and shooting coke as well

Haven't done any IV drugs in 2 months. Still occasionally sniff oxy

I was the same way--could only stay off in jail or on methadone. But then I got a huge sentence and served 5.5 years upstate. I got out in 2007 and stayed off everything for 3.5 more years. Then started up again--this last run I already mentioned

Anyway my moral to the story is--you're not alone. Message me anytime. And welcome

Yea so far I only had a 10 month sentence which was a total of 6 months. The one jail kept me on my dose but I had cases in two different counties. Nassau county just ripped me off it I had 60 days without methadone or heroin and I still didnt feel right when I got out.. It was brutal. But that was my only clean time. I got out feb 1st and been using ever since march
