Just started my account tonight. I’m loving the positive conversations I’ve read, and I look forward to interacting with this community!

I have a pretty bad backstory with benzodiazepines, but I’m off them now. It’s been about 5 months. I got blown up in Iraq in 2007 and the VA put me on enough narcs to tranquillize an elephant for almost a year and it’s been an uphill battle ever since. I’ve been off of everything but kratom for a bit now. But my 7OH habit is out of control, so that’s the last piece of the sobriety puzzle.

Yeah we try to stay positive. Support one another. Especially these days some of us are just scaping by. But the community can save lives by simply holding a human real conversation and knowing we're not alone.
