Hey, all. I've been reading forums/discussions on Bluelight for a while now; thought it was time to join.

I am an avid weight lifter, started about 2 years ago and need some help on how to post haha. Please reply and tell me how to make a thread or whatever it is.

Okay i just realised what i did... i just asked how to post a thread even though i just posted one.. but how do u post one in a 'steroid discussion forum' ??

Step 1: You enter Steroid Discussion forum.

Step 2: Press the

button at the top left.

Step 3: Click submit new thread after you've input the text.

If you wish to reply to an existing thread push

, input the text, and push the "submit" button.
