Hi guys...I haven't been here for awhile....missed you GeneticFreak
I have a question regarding weight loss...
I have been eating very....very low carb. My goal is to lose weight, not to look emaciated or "skinny fat".....the problem is, I have not cheated at all. From past experience, I should've lost anywhere from 5-7lbs this mos..I lost one damn pound this month. What the hell is going on?
I put on a lot of weight in the past 7mos....from eating lots of white bread, pasta, rice, etc...you get the picture. I have completely cut out all of those things...I eat eggs, ground chicken, chicken breast, lots of fresh baby spinach. I can't understand why it's not kicking my metabolism up...
What am I doing wrong?
Ps...Genetic Freak...ex-husband went back on test etc...he is no longer depressed. He's back to being the, uh, not real cool person I've always known. I don't know if you remember me.
