Note to OP: please do not try to blame one nationality, race etc. for what you perceive as going on with drug sales where you live when posting on Bluelight. You can make your point without that. My guess is that whatever substitute you're finding is cheaper to acquire than meth itself, hence the substitution. Similar situation with fentanyl in "heroin", cheaper and easier to procure than actual heroin.
