Heroine

I’m a long term heroine user, and also a nurse, I can hit a vein I do all the time on other people, but I don’t know how to properly prepare the heroine before injection, if anyone can give me a step by step I’d appreciate it. To my knowledge I put the h and water in a spoon hear it up and pull it up through a cotton and then inject…. But I just want to be sure
