Heroin Heroin withdrawals

From 1 to 22 december i was on .5-1g of heroin
from evening 19th december to 24 december i took 0.3g spread across those days

i was smoking it. except the 0.3g that i snorted
on the 24th at around 5AM i took like 5-7g of kratom
Now its 28th december 6pm.
i still have goosebumps and the last 4 days i slept 5 hours total. yesterday i havent slept at all

Is it normal? How long would it last?

before i was smoking weed to sleep or taking lyrica but i dont have none

i do have 250mg baclofen.

Would taking some help? How much?

i took 50mg baclofen 1 hour and 20 minutes ago. i am still awake. i would say i am feeling more energetic right now but way less anxious.
would still like to sleep
