Heroin heroin withdrawal

ok so heres the story.. im 17 years old and am a heroin addict. Recently i have been caught taking heroin by my parents and started taking suboxone. problem is im on a 6 week trip in soughtern and northern europe for 6 weeks and ran out of suboxone.

I cannot sleep at night and have terrible back, knee and lower stomach pain that i can't seem to bear. is there anything that can help me go through the night without suboxone or heroin? i am confused at what i can do as there is nothing i can think of. i am on day 2 of withdrawal and it seems like this living hell is not about to give up.

any tips are much appreciated thx
 
i am in italy at the moment and am living in a truck with my older brother who is semi-aware of the situation. is codeine available in pharmacies without pescribsion?
 
google is your friend. No offense, but asking this question is kind of ridiculous.

uhmm, any sleed aids OTC or prescription like ambien. Then theres the 'natural' sleep aids like melatonin and valerian root. Your best bet is getting benzos though...but you'll need a prescription for that. It's not hard at all to get scripts to that though. just go to a doctor and either make something up about anxiety or even be honest about your heroin withdrawal. your best bet is probably being honest and saying you are quitting heroin cold turkey and you can't sleep at all..and it's driving you to go out and score some more dope but that you are trying so hard not to do that, and that getting a benzo like xanax or valium is your only hope at sobriety. They will understand.

if you can't/wont go to the doctor for a benzo prescription, i would take a cocktail of that OTC stuff.

for example, take 50mgs of diphenhydramine, 1 valieran root and 1 or 2 melatonin all at once. that should end up putting you out for atleast a couple hours at night. good luck, and UTFSE :)
 
ok problem is i have not seen 1 pharmacy where i am and seeing a doctor is really not an option. at the moment i am at the port of genova like 4km shy of the airport. i have very little time to get something that can aid me and i am looking for my best option without seeing a doctor.. one of the main problems in italy is that communicating with people that know probably two or three words in english can be a big problem so my idea is write the name of some medication that i don't need pescripsion for, pay for it and get out.
 
yea sorry i didn't get the mitteleuropa sans bit. so codeine is available without prescription right?
 
Italian is pretty close to spanish.
Try "Codeina, por favor." Get off the computer and get into a pharmacy and you'll have better luck scoring. And to the above question, its not illegal to ask. Go find out for yourself, and while your there see if they have tramadol or anything.
 
Let's move away from how to get stuff, even if it's otc.


And good luck finding a doctor that will prescribe you benzo's for heroin withdrawal. They're recreational, cause dependence, and your track record is fucked if you're admitting heroin use.

ok thanks i will try that first thing in the morning seeing how it's like 00:30 here. thank you for all your help and wish me luck
 
good luck is right!

Once i went 9 days no sleep during a Heroin Withdrawl. I smoke lots of Ganja and during this 9 day period I abstained from weed as well. I am guessing the weed withdrawl combined with the Junk made sleeping IMPOSSIBLE. Try smoking a joint and see if the Doctors there in Italy can prescribe you some Benzos and ask him for Clonidine. Clonidine lowers the blood pressure and will help relieve withdrawl symptoms of Opiates. Methadone is what you really want. LONG LEGS!!:\
 
immodium ad really helps, try eatting like 10 of them with some ibproffin n bdryl. nothing over the counter is going to really help too much. Your only chance at gettin well is codeine. You could also just deal with it cold turkey for a few more days, the worse will pass soon enough.
 
At your age, the best thing to do is tough it out and free yourself once and for all from this demon....

Barring that option, get yourself to the local chemist and pick up a bottle or two of Collis Browne anti-diarrah medicine....I believe it is still otc....each 5ml (teaspoon) contains 1 mg of morphia...that should give you enough relief to sleep.
