Heroin versus Oxy, hydro, and codeine?

What is the high from heroin like when snorted vs that of taking a low or moderate dose of oxy, hydro, or codeine without any tolerance?

Is it true that the high from smack (heroin/dope/H) when snorted is basically just like oxy/hydro? [b[for the harm reduction people that mod bluelight I do not have access to these drugs (both dope and pharm opiates) and if I did I would use them in a very low dose since I have no tolerance at all and have not used them for years.[/b] When i was younger i would take oxy, hydro, and codeine orally in moderate and low doses just not all at once though. The only other drug i would combine with them was cannabis either bud or hash that I'd smoke a hit or a few hits of. Eating or smoking oral cannabis particularly an Indica strain prepared in food gave me an excellent body high but it was not like an opiate high since there was no itch, nodding, or nausea.

Whoever mods this forum can u please put this in the correct forum like other drugs?

TL;DR:
What's the high of heroin like when snorted versus that of low/moderate doses of oxy, hydro, or codeine? Also if I got very nauseous on oxy with horrible stomach cramps when I would come down if I were to hypothetically use heroin would I puke on it? Also is it true that most people who get into heroin even if they swear they'll only smoke or sniff it that they do eventually IV it?

Heroin is more sedating than oxycodone or codeine , when snorted it might still have an stimulating effect for a part of the high. smoking and Iv'ing is much more sedating (and short-lived)

never tried hydrocodone , it's not available where I hang around.
 
All are different potencies...

Codeine is the absolute weakest, then oxycodone, then heroin...

The last two you need to be extremely careful...
 
Oxycodone is commonly known as a more "stimulating" opioids. Supposedly so is hydro. (We don't have hydro here.) They have this side to them that seems gives you a boost of energy.

Codeine is more sedating but obviously less potent, which can feel quite strong if one is opiate naive. I believe this is because your liver will convert codeine to morphine in the liver.

Heroin is also more sedating, it has a quicker come up via any R.O.A and the rush from IV is (supposedly) what's so great about it. It is converted to morphine in the brain, yet heroin is able to cross the blood-brain-barrier faster, leading to a stronger onset of actions or rush.

Like Psychedelic Jay said, dangerous stuff to mess with especially oxycodone and heroin.
 
Heroin sucks in my honest opinion. I think the high is trash... the only reason I ever went to it was when my tolerance was too high for pills, but once I found out the heroin high was nothing like Hollywood makes it out to be lol I found it quite easy to quit... it was completely underwhelming, snorted or banged. And I was getting my dope straight from Camden, so it's not like it was some trash, it's arguably some of the best in the country. To each their own though.... the high is sedating, not too euphoric, and lacks legs.
 
it cant be compared to any they are all weak, it goes heroin>oxy>hydro>codeine

each is a little stronger than the other, but heroin is way strong than any of them. it is very sedating and very euphoric, while oxy is not quite as sedating and kind of stimulating in a strange way but also pretty euphoric, more of a mind high, and heroin has a much stronger body high, but has a powerful head high too

I'd just like to know what other opiate you are comparing heroin to?

I think it is more like codeine is way weaker than all the other 3, heroin is like 3x as strong as hydro and oxy is in between those 2.
