Heroin user for one year, having a little trouble.

I've been using heroin (injecting) on and off for about a year. By on and off I mean approximately one week on and one week of.
Recently I took a 5 month hiatus then started up again about 5 weeks ago.
Here's the problem I'm having:
It seems that within 2 to 4 hours after EACH shot, I get extremely sick. I'm talking sick like my last shot was two days ago.
Then, I get a second wave of sickness data later, but i can handle that. I am quitting again next week, probably using Kratom.
Any input is appreciated!

I'm an x heroin user. When I would use again after quitting I would overdose on occasion or start to and vomit, seize up … as my tolerance was low again after taking time off. Even if I used less than where I left off. You say it's 2 hours later though?
Kratom is an option for sure, or other medications, as well as OTC remedies.

Also, when I would reinitiate use within a few days my withdrawals would kick in again and I would be dope sick just like I was previously. Here is the The Opioid Withdrawal Megathread and FAQ

probably bacteria in the water source/heroin. try to quit, or use micron filters, please
