Kratom actually makes sex more enjoyable a few hours after taking it for me (not during the peak though). The rest of the opiates negatively impact the sex drive to some degree in me, a fact which I'm really thankful for because if opiates increased my sex drive, I'm sure I'd abuse them to an even greater extent.
