Heroin strength in and around Brisbane

Trying to get a feel for look of most heroin around the Brisbane area, and also strength. To gauge tolerance I can easily do an OC80 IR (not that this is a big tolerance, I know).

So what colour can I expect...grey, tannish brown, dark brown or white? Is the purity worth it or is Morphine/OC more common these days?

How does a point of average H around Brizzy compare to an OC80?

The only H i have ever used is extremely strong black tar heroin - 2 matchstick head-sized pieces smoked gave me a mega rush from the chest,

followed by 3 hours in and out of consciousness (close to OD) and then another 6 hours of coming down.
 
purity can range from 10% - 90%, trust me... even though I've only picked it up once (Perth, Western Australia), I'm pretty sure it's safe to assume it's the same all around oz... the shit I got atm will put you on the nod (and possibaly make you yack) off just 30mg with a semi tolerance... (this is white powder, very 'chunky'..)

chances are its gonna be #4 (what mine is) otherwise some random homebake.. (sorry, dont know how you banana benders roll ;) )
 
as what I stated before, thats just my opinion.. (but through what I've read on the internet and talkin to people in real life, it seems to be the case..)

never scored in brisbane, get it from somewhere else which has been decent from that account(#4) - a lot more morphine would have been needed to reach where i got off about 300mg IV, i usually shoot 4-500mg and thats losing some through the process obviously. i don't know enough users in the scene in brisbane.

i don't find myself chasing it when i've got my scripts i can use. i see a lot of people in my practice coming in to get their dose of 'done or bupe so from my experience pharms seem to be more available.

it comes down to who you know.

#4 is the prevalent heroin in australia/brisbane. you will find homeback in qld but more in the regional parts in my experience. i'm sure it's around in brisbane as well like most capital cities. i know a bler who lived in Perth and would score homeback, micron filter it and it would do the job. he no longer lives there now,

I seriously doubt any H in australia is 90% purity, no one would come across that pure H and not cut it down a bit to make more money. Also if you're only going off anecdotal evidence and have only picked up heroin once, how can your opinion mean anything? The australian crime comissions purity testings show that it obviously sits around 30% these days, and in the heroin peak in 1999 (where you could go to a certain SW sydney suburb and get a fairly pure heroin cap for lower then the current price per point) it shows it was around 50%, which seems to check out, so I think their data is reliable when it comes to purity, as they would have obtained a large amount of samples from various parts of australia.

While purity varies a lot, and I don't doubt that some lucky people in Aus get 90-100% pure smack in Aus, this isn't the norm. Smack purity Australia wide rarely rises above 30% pure, and the average is probably between 15-25% pure.

I would personally have thought that the average was a lot lower, but from that resource it seems that places where smack is more commonly used, the purity is lower, which makes sense. More users = more hands to go through before the user gets it.
 
I'm not sayin 10-90% is the average, but what it pretty much varies from one extreme to the other.. your right, it isn't the norm but it still happens.. (90% being prevalent in Aus.)
 
ehh my bad.. obviously need to touch up on english..

I mean its something probably none of us are ever gonna come arcross on this big island of ours, but it still exists, somewhere.. ;)
 
in the last 6 deals in sydney, two have been good, two average and one was pretty lousy.

the price is always the same for the same weight but the quality is what differs.

that said things are bad at the moment. Ice is more expensive then coke. Smack is sitting pretty average, cannabis is either commercially produced hydro, wet as and of course MDMA is absolute shit.

as they always say - you can always take more, but you can't undo a dose you've already taken.
super-pure smack might be rare, but it is pretty dangerous to assume that everything you score is going to be 15-25% pure. you might get lucky, or unlucky as the case may be.
plenty of people have died misjudging these things, so please be careful. %)

too right my friend, too right... that was pretty much the point I was gettin at and unless I tested what I picked up (assumin it was 20- 30% ), I would be one one sorry muthucker! =D
 
Police issue public warning on high purity heroin - SOUTH AUSTRALIA

Police are warning members of the public who may take heroin to be exceptionally cautious, as there may be a batch of particularly high purity heroin being sold on the streets.

Detectives from Drug Investigation Branch are investigating two deaths in the last 24 hours which may be related to a batch of high purity heroin.

Police are awaiting post mortem examination and may be in a position to give further information tomorrow.

It is vital that police warn the public of the potential of harm from the use of illicit drugs, particularly the increased potential for harm posed by this current batch of heroin.

If anyone is aware of a person having an adverse or unexpected reaction following the use of heroin, or any other illicit drug, they should call an ambulance by dialling Triple 0 immediately.​

late 90's early 000's the smack in brisbane was indeed 80-90%, so much of it about that the cops released a media statement asking users to smoke instead of inject due to purity

never seen anything like it since, was everywhere

funny you should post that...just got a batch and the claim is that its super dupa strong.

personally i think the problem these days is that most long term users I know of are in fact long term bupe or meth users and that basically means they have to shoot several times more then the average person in order to get a taste.

I've had some stuffed that's knocked the socks off of my feet and yet the guy on bupe next to me can't get the shit into his vein fast enough.
