I think i was expecting more of a heroin buzz off the valium, but if that was the case no one would buy heroin i guess! I slept most of to-day as well! So the valium did knock me out!
As for the gear its just pure crap! It looks good but its crap! Its certainly not only 50% weaker then the gear i was getting before the drought, its about 75% weaker, i suppose it all depends on what quality of heroin people were getting before the drought! I was always fussy when it came to gear, there were only 2 people in Dublin that i would score off before the drought. One of them still won't sell gear since the drought started coz she refuses to sell crap, the other guy gave in after 6 months & started selling crap!
It would be normal for me to smoke between 4 to 6 trays a day if i'm not in work, before the drought i'd be wasted on this amount! I wouldn't need valium or wine or anything to help me get a buzz, the heroin its self did the job nicely! But with the gear around now i can smoke 4 to 6 trays & barely get any stone at all, its nothing to do with methadone, i have been on methadone for 6 or 7 years so i know exactly how methadone effects my heroin. Its the gear its self, its rubbish! I'd give anything to get a bit of the gear i was getting 2 years ago!!!

Yeah yeah granted methadone is gonna increase ur opiate tolerance and block to a certain extent, but all I can draw on is personal experience, and what the good lady has said herself (many times). You say the gear is half as strong as it was before the drought, she's saying she used to gouch off a pont 2 on top of her 60mg methadone, yet now she cant get a decent nod off of 4 trays (amount unknown but assuming more than a point 4) and 4 blues (8 yells). It doesnt add up. My take on it, is that the gear ur getting now is very dilute. If what u were getting before the drought was averaging say 25%, then I doubt what ur getting now is 12.5% purity. Another thing is, strong gear will make me nod. But weak gear wont, no matter how much of the shite I smoke. I swear some people have got so used to bash, or maybe that they never even had decent gear in their lives, that they are happy wiv bash. These threads didnt exist before the drought, of people saying "gear is shit and I cant get a gouch off of it" did they? No one had any complaints. I know gear aint what it was in the 80s or 90s etc, but still, I never had many reasons to complain, before 'the big drought'. The odd batch that wasnt great (which peeps now would describe as 'fire'!), but overall, it did wot it said on the outside of the baggie. So Ructions aint going mad, and she hasnt just forgotten what gear used to do to her...the fact is the gear you in Ireland, and many in UK are still getting is shite compared to what it was a few years ago. Im in no way putting u down, Ive scored my fair share of shite to over the last year. sumtimes it literally is a fuckin lottery.
Anyway jesus fuckin christ Im bangin on u can tell Im on my 7th x 500ml can of San Mig (Tesco 2 x 4 500ml san mig cans £eight), and Ive necked an extra 60mg meth on top of my 80, and I cant stop thinkin of scoring something nice on monday, so I say its time for me to shut up innit!8)
