A friend got mugged by the probation building yesterday morning, 3 masked up guys pulled a knife on him for his phone & wallet.

The "frontline" in St Pauls was so called by the OB at the time, cos it was the front line in the war against crime, way back when. Now its not a term used by many, and if u said it a lot of people would think u were a bit of a dick...St Pauls and that area has become very gentrified these last few years, and really is very tame compared to many places, such as those mentioned by Brimzy. Not meaning to gang up or owt bud but u do need to grow up a wee bit. Yeah man maybe give afghanistan a miss, like I said on here a little while back if it eas a drugs holiday I'd choose columbia - heroin # 4 up one nose and pure flake cocaine up t'other! Burma / Myanmar a close secong maybe. Id rather rot in a columbian / burmese jail than be captured by the taliban, paraded in front of a camera in a orange jumpsuit every day for a month to plead for my life, and eventually get my head sawn off with a blunt pen knife. Definitely not the one. Be worth it for a taste of that uncut afghan brown tho

My mate really advised against it saying it was unsafe to go anywhere without serious weaponry
Yeah-what swung it in the end was the thought of getting my head lobbed off
think under those circumstances there would be a pretty good chance of that happening
we did have a poster in these threads before;a girl that originated from Burms and said it was a great place to go
But I was advised that Cambodia is the best place to go for drug tourism
My final thoughts on the matter-always check out the jail situ before breaking the rules overseas

I got stoned ( so you fucking should ) from 1/2 a teenth. I glad my mrs wants a break because it's stoping me from using all the time.
Were going to have a nice holiday with the money I would normally be spending , may even go away and get married,quietly somewhere. My little leggs would love to be a bridesmaid.

Nottm always was quite easy to find decent until the drought. Since then, I've been reasonably lucky with 1 good connect who uses himself so never buys crap but the price has pretty much doubled. All the usual 'shotters' quality has dropped considerably and I just dont bother with em now.
I know the John Storer, been treated there meself though I found a sympathetic GP now which suits me better.

Dope tours wot a fuckin excellent idea! In bullet proof busses with some seriously armed security guards, where you could travel to the mountainous regions of Afghan, and have a go at harvesting some opium in a local farmers poppy field, then see how it gets sold. Much sampling of product along the way. Next day a visit to the refinery and a chance to learn how to turn opium into brown heroin, then H#4! Finally a visit to the border, to see how it gets smuggled out of the country :D

re Burma yeah I think its opening up mate, Im no traveller but there are definitely some very upmarket (but dirt cheap) hotels u can stay in now. Dont know if the Shan State army still exists - that was the army led by Khun Sa one of the biggest exporters of heroin in the world

This is some fella called RACHIM'S journal from Cambodia from opiaphile.
Don't know if it will work or not , I can't copy and paste for shit.
Well, arrived yeterday after a grueling overland trip from Bangkok, and am settled in. It took me all of 20 minutes to score straight 8 off the Unit grams for 40 US, which is more than twice the going rate but I was in bad shape by my arrival as I did not dare mule in morphine through Thailand, given that it is verboten 100% and the nation likes to use its death penalty.

The grams are 1 solid rock, chalk white, incredibly pressed so that it takes extreme effort to powderise it, even with a mill. they are sold in small ziplocks, of one gram each. they are at least 90% pure and often 95 plus, as they do not adulterate heroiin here, or at least the real dealers do not ( as opposed to the Western junkie tourists who try to scam other junkiues by buying and stepping on local product).

Now that I hve a decent amount, i will get into the local scene and get the usual prices, etc and report fully on it as the days go by, editing to this post as need be.

Also here, as of yesterday, Yaa Maa, which is the Khmer (Cambodian) name for Yaa Baa, smokable methamphetamine, about 40% pure, in colourful round tablets that look like skittles. They also contain fragrances like vanillin and rose to make the smoke more palatable. they cost 2 US per tab.

Cannabis is often free here but 1000 gram bags for red haired sinse are going for 50 US, and 6 gram ziplocs are 5 US. All Cambodian cannabis.

On Rx, I only hit up 3 and to my suprise none had morphine although from talking to a couple of mates here yesterday, it is here but getting scarcer as the govt tries to discourage drug tourism so anyone thinking of coming needs to get on that pplane...the city is changing rapidly. It is unbelievable.

I did buy 40 tabs of 30 mg. codeine for 5 US dollars, name brand Aussie product, not counterfeit as the price might lead some to believe. I bought it as a stop gap measure as soon as I entered the city since I was going though the shivers and my pupils were as big as saucers.
