its mostly about football and the influx of irish immigrants after the famine in the 1840's

Glasgow Celtic are the irish/scottish catholic club, whearas Glasgow Rangers are the scottish protestant club

it is 1 of the biggest rivalries in world football and the pure hatred between fans of both teams is on another level
some people used to call Glasgow.....'Belfast without the bombs'

all i know is i can't understand a fucking word they say
when tv shows feature glasweigans i need subtitles

I started writing a kids' book once, about two twin brothers who had an imaginary invisible friend but they couldn't agree whether his favourite colour was blue or yellow. They started out with insults, then dirty tricks, then physical violence, then weapons, and sometime in the meantime they forgot that their imaginary friend with the disputed favourite colour was not even a real person, and it was only when everybody in the whole world had joined one or the other of the twins' armies (under the yellow flag or the blue flag) that somebody asked what they were fighting about.

Maybe I should have carried on with it.

Just a question for those using gear // meth every day;
my mrs has always joked about my sleep talking, snoring etc but she recently readabout 'sleep apnea' online and thinks I defo have it, so I did a bit of research too and it seems a lot of patients on methadone develop it, and there are a few types. Basically u forget to beathe in ur sleep, aswell as snoring, talking, violent body movements, hands and legs raised in the air etc..
Has anyone been diagnosed wiv this? Is there anything u can do to help it? (stopping / cutting down meth aint an option!). I'm worried I'm gonna drive her mad, or worse still, end up hurting her. Also it means u never get proper sleep, so suffer from daytime tiredness. Any help or similar experiences appreciated cheers PapaSom

Hi ParaverSom, both my boyfriend & I are both on 60mls of meth a day & we use gear every day (obviously we hadn't been using as much though out the drought, but now our use is getting regular again.) Because we are both working & because we smoke the gear we tend to go through a lot of gear in a day.

Anyway i can identify with everything in your post, i notice my boyfriend forgetting to breath in his sleep, talking & violent body moves, hands & legs raised in the air exactly like you said in your post, also my boyfriend says that i also do all of these things too, also i suffer from really bad nightmares, i had some bad things happen in my past, like many of us have had, but all these things come back to haunt me in my nightmares & i'm always waking up crying, its weird because i have a fairly happy life now!!

I must read up more about sleep apnea, i have heard of it but i don't know a lot about it. I never knew that it was a side effect of meth, but now that you say it it makes perfect sense!! I find if i forget to take my meth at the normal time that i take it & if i end up taking it just before bed then i really have a hard time getting asleep & then the nightmares are worse then ever.

I wonder if there is anything that can be done about it? Like you ParaverSom coming off meth is not an option. Thanks for the info, I'm not in work to day, so i can search the internet & try find out more about it!! :)

Happened me once or twice wake up whit my arm in the air on 110mil some fucked up shit ha!

I feel like right good about myself after reading that most other folk are on at leaST 60ML of green and it looks like the average is about 80 .

Where as i'm down to 37ml , it'll be 35 soon n i fukin detest the stuff , granted it has saved mylife on a couple of occasions by enabling me stabillity but it also enables one to carry on using with fewer consequences thus never having to face up to life.
I'm not judging anyone , i'm just talking about me so pl,eases don't no one think that cos i'm in no position to judge any1.

I really think that uk H is played out as i mentionedin a previous post, i'm a middle aged man ffs i really should be leaving this foolishness behind.
I luv travelling & have been to loads of great places & met some really cool people , although i'mlucky 2 have a understanding GP who lets me take my script away.
He ain't gonna always be their n i seriously doubt i will find any1 like him again , he always says "Do you want to be collecting this CRAP with your pension" n no i don't. Those are his exact words.
Also i got a 15 year every day benzo habit 2 work on n thats gonna be even harder but i seriously don't want to be dependent on a green Nazi opiod for much longer..

All i n all i feel quite positive about the situation but never say never ,cos knowing me i'll go travelling somewhere get some proper H n get another habit , but hey at least it would be Heroin cos fuk nos what it is in this country, I think a fellow westcountry man summed it up a few months back when he said uk H is Portugese quality Chucked in a cement mixer with untold crap added.

I wish i had bought shares in Rosemount Pharmacuticals back in the 80s they must be rakin it in :\

Enjoy the sun n each 2 their own as i sais these are just my thoughts are not directed at any1.
Right so where did i put those Papaver Somniferum Seeeds.....

Perfect Oblivion

Just got off 12hr night shift and got a whole 12 days off work now. Got my day planned, got teenth of half decent gear,6 x 10mg diazepam and six pack of Stella to wash them down with.
So hopefully I won't see too much of today while I spend it in blissful oblivion. Gonna be feeling no pain today. If only every day could be like this.
Have good day people.

"Besides; religious conflict in NI was an factor that was cynically instigated during the Ulster Plantation. It ain't the cause of 'The Troubles', it's just an aspect, albeit a troublesome one."

The 16th century plantation of ulster was created as a loyal buffer zone from invasion from Ireland by Elizabeth 1st, taking land from the indigenous catholics and giving it to loyal Scots Protestants. In many parts of ulster today certain family's know which fields were taken from them in the plantation. The partition of Ireland reflected that ,with 6 counties giving the prods a 1mil population out of the 1.5mil inhabitants of NI, the problem lay with the other 0.5 catholics who felt shoe horned into an alien british statelet , here lies the true reason behind the IRAs 30 year campaign. Not the british "occupying " part of ireland

Yep.

Some users have turned their energies to
researching the presence of heroin supplies
across Britain, with one enterprising individual
producing a detailed online map identifying
areas of extreme shortage, as well as locations
where the drug has been found, along with
data regarding its quality and price.

Granted they have to fill their schedule but their was an excellent programme on bbc 4 last night about the history of the council estate.

Ijust finished payin my £136 n ilisten to the radio most of the time . It does piss me off alot but then again i detest adverts , the BBC would loose any cred nits got if it were to get its revenue through advertising crap as do all the other channels.
