Heroin (snorted) -- First time -- Euphoric state

Two nights ago..
I was at a friends(J) house and one of his friends(M) happened to show up. So Me, J, and M were in J's room, then I brought it up to J that I knew were I could score some Percocet 7.5s for only $1 buck a peice if we bought 100 or more, after I said that M brought it up to us that he had a few packets of charlie in his truck.
J and myself had not previously done heroin before, but we both knew that in a sense it was nothing more than a really fucking strong painkiller. In the past I had abused, uhh, i mean used lots of painkillers so I had a fairly good tolerance to opiates, so I really wasn't worried about overdosing.
M came back from his truck with the bags filled with a fairly fine off white powder. He dumped a packet on the coffee table in front of the couch, and used his license to cut us a line each. M snorted his line first, and then I snorted mine, as did J. The taste was FUCKING DISGUSTING! I mean the drip going down my throat almost made me puke, so I started drinking water, and dropping it down my nose till the taste was bareable.
I was expecting the high to be like chewing an 80mg OC, which it kinda was but for some reason the high felt different than all the opiate highs I have gotten off prescription meds in the past, but none the less I was for sure in pure opiate bliss. I layed back in the couch and felt as if I were floating right where I sitting. For some reason after the drug had taken effect on us all their was a dead silence in the room, I guess we were all just enjoying that initial rush that was blowing me, and im sure the both of them away.
The rush lasted for a good hour and a half it seems like, and it was definatly the most care-free, euphoric state I have ever put myself into. I couldn't see straight, that was one thing that pissed me off..when I would try and keep my eyes open and focus on something, the T.V. for instance, it would just start shaking and I felt like my eyes were rolling in the back of my head. After about 3 1/2 hours I began to come down. What I don't get is that everyone says that they get really nauseous and sick when they do heroin. I did experience a little bit of nausea during the rush, and it didn't last long. But none of us puked or got sick, hmm.
Well that was my report, hope it helps someone else out that may be doing heroin for the first time sometime. Peace.

Big Daddy H is fucking evil and I'd be delighted if no more smacky posts ever defiled this board. Not to be abusive, i understand this is just as valid as an LSD report its just so uhhhh SMACKY yuck!
 
It's a bad drug because its so easily addictive. However, if you can control this addiction (which most people can't) I don't see it as that bad.
I myself have never done it before, but I wouldn't say it to be a 'bad' drug. Just try it, and don't abuse it.

These forums are intended for drug education and discussion and are not limited to those drugs which are deemed acceptable due to social stigma amongst factions of drug users. I think heroin posts are important, especially in the trip report section, because of how rare they are and because it has the potential to be such a dangerous drug if misused. Curiosity killed the cat, and those curious enough to try heroin without any information could be wind up with the same fate as out feline friend. Perhaps someone could be prevented from ODing had they read a post like this one and educated themselves a little. Drugs are drugs and no one has the right to tell anyone not to post about a specific substance or method of administration regardless of whether or not you agree with it. Here'e a suggestion, next time you see a post about heroin don't fucking read it. Why take away taking from the effort that someone put into making a trip report like this?

Anyways, Ectasii, about the nausea. I got bad cases my first 2-3 uses with opiates, threw up the first and second time. As I've heard from others, and can verify via my own use...the more you use opiates the more you seem to get more of the pos. effects and less of the neg. ones. Since you obviously have a good bit of opiate tolerance in general already, this is very likely the reason you didn't get that sick on H.
A drug is a drug. Media fucking sucks as it can glorify or completely distort the image of anything. If only you could hear about the millions and millions of amazing experiances people have had with said substance, instead of only hearing about near death or OD situations, you'd look at it in a different light.
I bet you're one of those people who would snort coke but think crack is dirty. I tilt my nose up and laugh french-like at you. Hah hah hah hah.

My friend recently tried Heroin, he said it was ok but nothing special.. and wouldn't want to do it again.
 
As a sidenote, I'm curious if anyone has heard heroin called "charlie" before? "Charlie" is always coke where I come from, and it's a common term for that...

I was in Amsterdam recently and all the street dealers referred to it as Charlie. At first, I had no idea what they were talking about as I had never heard it go by that name in the U.S. I didn't purchase any on that trip because the dealers all looked like vagrants. Who knows what they cut that stuff with.

I've done heroin before and really loved it. As others have pointed out, there is nothing inherently "bad" about the drug. One just has to realize the potential for addiction and treat it with the respect that it deserves. If you have an addictive personality then maybe this isn't the drug for you. At the same time, I know several others in addition to myself who have used heroin without any problems.
 
^^ where are u from then? In the UK i've always heard charlie as coke. Never heroin.
