I know this is probably annoying but I just moved to Beaufort, South Carolina and don't know anything about the heroin scene down here, so if anyone is from here or from anywhere around here and could just tell me about the scene down here, please let me know all that you can.

Not OD material in before lock. This is more of a drug culture thread and they have a couple threads that are just like this.
 
click the bluelight link with the folder next to it on the top left of the page. From there, scroll down to North and South American Socian & Drug Discussion link in the middle of the column on the right. There is a thread in there about heroin, but don't ask for any specific info or sources or your banned.
